Congratulations and welcome to Blue Springs! We are delighted to welcome you to your new home and our community, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in North Cobb. The information on this page is provided to help you become acclimated to our community.
The Home Owners Association ensures compliance with the Covenants and compliance with for the use and enjoyment of all amenities. You should have received a copy of the Covenants at or after closing on your new home. If you did not receive a copy of the Covenants, you can access them on the Tolley Management page.

Mandatory dues for the Blue Springs Homeowners Association are $ 480.00 per year and are due in January.

The Blue Springs Homeowners Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors that meets monthly, as well as a number of committees . We encourage your participation in the association as we are always looking for volunteers and ideas to help us make our community a great place to live and play.

The Association sponsors many social activities throughout the year, including summer pool parties, Easter egg hunts, Holiday get-togethers, and others.

The ClockTower is the official communication of the Blue Springs Homeowners Association and is sent to you to communicate what’s happening in Blue Springs. If you have information to share with the community, let us know. You can also check us out on our monitored Facebook page. Our Facebook page is for social interaction and not for official BSHA business. So get to know your neighbors! If you have neighbors not getting The ClockTower, encourage them to send us their email address.
Blue Springs is a community regulated by our Covenant. In the event you wish to make any changes or improvements to the exterior of your home or property, you are required to complete an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) modification request before making changes to the exterior of your home or property. Proposed changes must be completed and submitted to the ACC Committee. The request form and Architectural Design Standards can be found here on the Tolley Management portal.

As a reminder, written approval must be obtained from the ACC before moving forward with exterior projects.
